Tissue Salts and their Health Benefits

Tissue salts are found in the Earth’s rocks and soil. There are 12 remarkable tissue salts needed for our body to be in perfect balance and as a prerequisite for optimal health. You can take tissue salts from food if it is grown organically in mineral rich soil. However due to the Chemical Fertilisers used today our foods are mineral deficient.

Dr. Schuessler (1821- 1898) a German physician discovered that when the human body is reduced to ashes, it exhibits 12 minerals. He proved that these minerals that make up our planet, are basic constituents of our blood, bone, muscles and organs. When these minerals are ground down to minute particles, they could be absorbed by the human body and lead to a glowing health.

ARE TISSUE SALTS SAFE?

The answer is Yes, they are safe for all ailments, you can’t overdose, and they have no toxicity as the concentration in each tablet is microscopic. Tissue salts dissolve easily in the mouth and are absorbed through the oral membranes. The result is to enter quickly in bloodstream and the effect is immediate.

HOW ARE THE TISSUE SALTS USED?

Tissue salts are available as lactose tablets or sucrose pills, that has a very small amount of chosen tissue salt. The tablets and pills aren’t made to be swallowed but dissolved under the tongue.

MAGNESIA PHOSPHORICA

Mag. Phos. is the antispasmodic tissue salt. It is the remedy which relieves cramps and aches and supplements the action of Kai Phos. Mag.  Phos is    quick to relieve pain, especially cramping, shooting, darting or spasmodic pain. Shoulder aches or leg pains after sport are relieved using Mag. Phos. Put 5 tablets in a bottle with 500 ml water, let them dissolve and take a sip from the solution every few minutes.

COMPLEMENTARY TISSUE SALTS

  • Phos and Kali Phos , make a good duo to release stress and nervous exhaustion.
